The russian mods and official releases are different bro. and russian mods always release their test versions in russian. dont you see the translated versions by Mannu bro?
Btw I couldn't make out how to tranlate it. I found no text. Or my PC dont have fonts? Btw Mint have russian fonts. Is it 'v' file?

But you can do it with a hex editor...
It is similar to editing opera mini official which is already explained by mannu.....

Didn't you get my pm? Well, help is in an html file "h.htm". About should be in another html file "a.htm".

Simple Way To Edit Hex In Java Mobiles...
Hey..are you want to edit hex files (such as class and others) with your java phone.then follow the steps.
1.download opera mini mod latest test version.
2.Go to tools>settings>text
3.Make "default encoding" to "hex"
4.Select number of bytes in hex.
5.Make "display symbols...hex data" to text iso/text win.
6.There is an individual code for each letter"like 20=space,41=A"
7.Edit the codes in edit>text all

But they are going to be of no use for us since only HEX values are displayed. Not text. And we cannot understand the HEX language.
