[Help] Download Stuck Problem

I am using UC browser since past 5 years because of its good downloader and its feature resume download even if it gets failed.
But in the latest update the downloader became worst. The download stucks after a definite intervals and failed downloads cannot be resumed.

Please check the problem

How long did you pause it before you resumed the downloading?
Can you resume the downloading in your built-in browser?
Can you send us the link to check?

Thanks for your supporting and sorry for your inconvenience.

As to check your problem, pls don't worry we are here to help you with it:

Pls help confirm whether it is because you could not open the target site then lead to download failed?
1).Happen in all files or individual ones ?
2).Check if can download it with built-in browser.
3).Whether there is enough space for the files?

If the problem only with uc, we suggest you clear cache,change download path, turn on/off cloud boost, change access point and website preference then retry.

If still no use, pls send us the specific url/screenshot and browser version: menu>settings>about uc>help (including the build time and pf No.)

Thank you both for your replies, but I found a better solution now.

I am now using an older version of UC Browser(v10.5) which was stable and Ad-Free.

Glad that your problem is solved!
We will still ask our tech team to check the downloading problem in the latest version.
They will make UC Browser better and better in the future!
