I have this problem few weeks ago and I don't know what to do. I'm using google from Venezuela.
But google image and google traductor works fine if you use it directly.

The same error I received.
The gmail is very very basic website and it is not understandable why UC browser give such error of "your connection is not secure".
Moreover, I think there must be proceed at your risk button on any  website which UC browser deemed  not following security credentials.
