when trying to activate this 9.4 it said i should correct my time and date and the worst thing my time and date are very correct.

You can try a small hack bro, Enter: AAAA-AAAA-AAAA-AAA3, U will get it activated for 30 days, After 28th day do enter the same serial and U will get one more month of validity Keep doing this I am doing the same for my X6 .
