Hie bros, welcome again. Today i am presenting a very useful tool for uc translators. It will reduce 95% of your work, time and money.
Uc translators know that uc.bin file contains more then 600 text strings. And every translator need to translate them all. All translators use google translate, and it takes much time to translate all strings and remove google's mistakes. But when an uc browser new version comes to us, almost all strings in uc.bin remain same. So, To get rid of this boring method, i made this tool. This tool will find out the unchanged strings and translate them from its own library. So it isan offline tool. No more talk, lets start.
1. Download "UC.BIN offline translator by Sdrrhmn6.zip" from here. The zip contains 3 files: a.bas file (UC.BIN offline translator by Sdrrhmn6.bas), two .txt file (uc_cn.txt and uc_tr.txt). Extract txt files in memory card root (e:/)and extract bas file to "e:/bas/".
2. Extract uc.bin file from any uc browser jar file to "e:/uc/". (create a folder named "uc" in memory card root if needed)
3. Close all minimized apps (if there are any minimized apps), music player etc. Now run"UC.BIN offline translator by Sdrrhmn6.bas" with CellularBasicPro. Translated file will replace previous one.
4. Your translation is 99% complete. There may be 4 or 5 strings in chinese language. Open uc.bin (from e:/uc/) with super translator, Find chinese strings and translate them.
5. Repack the translated uc.bin file (from e:/uc/) in uc browser jar file and install it.
Tested on uc 7.8 to 8.3 all version. Will work on other previous and future versions.

Brother read the the main post once again! The zip file contain .bas and .txt which cannot be uploaded thatswhy they zipped and uploaded!

Bansaladla bro, your page have no jpg images. If your page contains images, they must be in png format.goto this thread (http://forum.ucweb.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=16688) and download png extract to extract them.

Welcome again, now i am sharing the tool which i made to generate the uc_cn.txt and uc_tr.txt files. With it, you can make translation files for any language with a few simple steps.
1. Download "UC.BIN text extractns.bas.zip" from here. Rename it and remove .zip from name and move it to "e:/bas/".
2. Download any version of uc browser of your language. You can download from this thread (http://forum.ucweb.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=20788)
3. Download uc browser cn same version from bbs.uc.cn.
4. Extract uc.bin file of your language from first jar file to "e:/uc/". Rename it to "uc_tr.bin".
5. Extract uc.bin file of chinese language from second jar file to "e:/uc/". Rename it to "uc_cn.bin".
6. Run "UC.BIN text extractns.bas" with CellularBasicPro. uc_cn.txt and uc_tr.txt files will be saved to "e:/".
Now follow the tutorial of main post to translate any uc browser to your language.
here hindi (by Sayyedsoaib) and bangla version (by SMN bro) of  translation files are added to main post. (thanks to them) Just extract  uc_tr.txt to "e:/" and follow the main tutorial.
