MDM means Most Deserving Member, member how is most popular, last month due to his good work.... How we Select MDM? We select a best member for each month according to their work and activities in the last month, which is by process of Voting Who is conducting this activity? All Activity Related Most Deserving Honors (Most Deserving Member, Excellent Moderator and Year Awards) will be conducted in new id "UCF_Awards". What is Reward for winner? Rewards for Winner is a special Medal is allocated for each month as well some rewards from Mod in form of Karma and Money. More Detail regarding Medals, check Introduction of Hornor Management and Money Exchange Section What is Reward for members taking part in candidate selection? Rewards for members taking part in candidate selection will be 20 Money, How Mods will give this reward, when candidate selection is planned by PM? This reward money will get transfer to member's account by mods, when selection of candidates complete. Rules and Procedure to participate in MDM Activity 1. UCF_Awards will ask Members to give their three choices for MDM for that month based on work in last month. 2. Members will send their three choices(He can include His Name also) with the the reason for each member u have selected via PM to UCF_Awards.   Mods, SMs, Admins are not a selection in MDM activity 3. Mods will Select five finalist for Voting from those PMs (After checking all parameters and qualification for this activity.) 4. Selected Five Members will be qualified for Voting From Members (Group - Members and Above) in a Single Choice Poll. 5. Winner anouncement will be in this MDM thread. 6. Any Members found in Fake (multiple ID) Voting will permanently Ban from Forum. New rules for selection of candidates for the next mdm 1. This should be your pm content for selecting members. Nominee(s) Username : username (with profile link) Rank : current level Active Section(s) : Sections that the user was active last month (not Sub Sections) Thread(s) : Threads that you considert best from last month (contributions/activities) Reason(s) : reasons why you selected him/her (short words) 2. About voting in poll After voted, you should reply as "I have Voted !" else vote will not counted. Duration of MDM Activity 1. Selection of candidate will be in a duration of 5 days 2. Voting by Polling will be in a duration of 10 days. 3. Winner announcement will be published within 3 days of Poll Closing Most Deserving Member (MDM) Time Features 1.
