after upgrade to ics flashplayer shouldbe installed from playstore and also adobe 11 is having some bugs.so try its previous version dear bro

rule anything exept ME

UPDATE MEANS REMOVE BUGS AND ADD NEW FEATURES WITHOUT DELETE OLD PLUS FEATURES COPY AND PASTE OPTION AREN'T MADE FOR COPY OTHERSITE'TUTORIAL AND UPDATES

Hi , as you mentioned that you want Flash player for 4.0.3
the simple and easiest way to download it from Google play ,i have downloaded it on to my galaxy tab it works fine no bugs atleast for me ,if you are facing problem then try to update your device first . Thanks

Those who updated his device to Android 4.0.3 like Galaxy S2 facing the same problem....
And about history version Adobe 10x series is not supported with ICS...
so try Adobe Flash Player 11.1.115.8....It may work or wait til the next update...Adobe fix this issue with ICS 4.0.4...Dont know why its stil not working with 4.0.3
