I have upto 925 credits,and @yakisara bro have just 164 credits.

and m sure that my above post is making u think that m asking for ratimgs.
but i just wanna say that ratings should be given to the right person.
i also believe on 'fair decisions'.

yeah they are temporary.
i can say that from my personal experience.
if today i am a mod,
and wont remain active for a long time due to some problems.
wont i lose my rank??
or even others can go ahead of me in that period.

mod is not a "rank" it is a "group"
you may loose your group , but not your "rank"
P.S :
newbie,member, conqueror are member groups[ranks].. you won't loose them.... you were a conqueror before then you were inactive due to some reason, but when you returned back, you were still "conqueror" you wont loose your rank !
but you may loose your system group if you are in , for example "mod" , "super mod" etc

ohh u wer sayng abt dis forum.
i told as a whole.
i was a helper at a site and soon was going to b promoted as a mod.
and was a mod at the other forum.

but i got inactive for a period of 8-10 months.
when i returned back,
i was a helper at one and mothing in the other one.
