To upload files using opera mini use PC/Desktop mode > Click on attachment icon > General upload
or use mobile mode/single column mode > open any thread > go to the bottom and click on "Add Attachment" > go to the top and you'll see a small box for choosing file and the button "Browse" > choose a file to upload then click on browse to upload it
Now go to your thread/reply and click on "Edit" under your post > you'll see something like "1 attachment ... unused attachment/used attachment" click on used attachment and save.
