You can sideload 3rd party paid apps without rooting....
And for using dongles bring an unlocked dongle and change apn in your tab.you are done...

what is sideload dear rock?

rule anything exept ME

UPDATE MEANS REMOVE BUGS AND ADD NEW FEATURES WITHOUT DELETE OLD PLUS FEATURES COPY AND PASTE OPTION AREN'T MADE FOR COPY OTHERSITE'TUTORIAL AND UPDATES

For roots you can search xda developers com

any problem posted has been checked thoroghly by me using differen block sizes ,ua , clearing cache,
permanent uc problems with my phone...
download not resuming after 5mb downloading of big files...
uc cloud not installing
My opinion....uc rockssssss!!!!!!
