It can use flash lite1/2/3 which has been installed on your phone, so it supports only flash6, not flash10, it needs Adobe'help, Adobe will release a mobile flash10 player soon, which is still based on flash lite. Therefore there is no sense for a flash-supporting ucweb now. But ucweb also has its way, it has its flash plug-in which supports online flv videos, it still is not perfect until final 7.0 version releases. so I think ucweb won't make us disappointed. Give it time and wait for it.

ucweb now need a rule to filter all websites flash ads, but does not filter video
ucweb launched a new software, uc Thunder. It supports bt, Thunder (a computer to download the software), FlashGet (a computer to download the software), electric donkey these downloads. Now it seems there are some issues still in beta testing. It also provides mobile phone software resources.
