Go to settings>number of pages in cache. Sorry if its wrong i dont have java version right now.

I dont see number pages in cache option in setting menu.I'm using ucweb 6.1symbian english.

To noufalz, PLZ visit through above manual for symbian help or wait for reply from any symbian user. Alternativly you can use java Ucweb 6.2 eng. Download latest Ucweb 6.2 ver. It store about 10 pages in history, depends on free memory. You can download 6.2 eng ver from-  http://forum.ucweb.com/viewthread.php?tid=374&extra=page%3D1

Sorry i thought you were asking for java version
For symbian version(s60 v3), go to
Settings>Basic settings>Browser>cache>Largest cache
