Here I'm providing some useful UCWEB Tutorials that helps new Ucwebians to use Ucweb browser and forum easily.

Downloading Tutorial

To test click on following direct link- Ucweb 6.3 English Server.jar



When you click it the image shown.



Select middle option to save file.
Click browse... to select path to save file and click on Download as in next 2 images.



And click on download.
Now your download starts. After successfully complete it moved to Download History.

Uploading Tutorial/How to Post Thread

You can use Ucweb browser for uploading anything on Ucweb forum or anywhere on web.
For uploading in forum first goto area where you wants to post and click on NEW button for uploading in a new thread or click on REPLY for reply and uploading an existing thread.
The first image you got when you click on NEW/REPLY. Enter your subject for thread or reply. Now scroll down for these:

   

Now enter your thread or reply text in box showing your text here. Finally click on Browser... for your file on phone. Select which you want but be in Allowed extensions: chm, pdf, zip, rar, gif, jpg, jpeg, png, jar, jad, sis, sisx, cab, umd
File size limited for each user group as you can see in image and its 20000 KB for me.
After selecting file for upload click on THREAD or SUBMIT button. Now uploading starts and after some time, time depends on file size, your thread or reply is ready with your upload.
For other than Ucweb forum you can upload any file in any size that the uploading site allows.
This tutorial also used as how to create thread or reply with uploading files.

How to Set Avatar

First click on Member CP (1 in image) at top of page. Then select Edit Profile (2 in image). After that select Personalize (3 in image). Or direct link: http://forum.ucweb.com/memcp.php?action=profile&typeid=4
Click on Board Avatar List (4 in image) for applying an avatar from Ucweb board list.


If you have enough permission, you can upload your own avatar form your computer, by selecting Browse (6 in image)
If not have Browse option, you can try a trick for it. First upload your desired image any image hosting site or in other file hosting site, to use as your avatar or you can use any image. Use file size less then 20 KB. Then copy image link and paste in box above board avatar (5 in image). Where you see your current avatar link as-customavatars/202.gif. Than click finish. Wow your desired image now your avatar.

What is Credits, Karma & Money

Credits: You get 1 credit for every 2 posts
Credit Formula:
total score=Posts* 0.5 +essence of Posts* 10 +online time (hours)/ 3
Credit Status -
0to49-newbie
50to199-member
200to499-conqueror
500to999-lord
1000to2999-king
3000to9999999-forum legend

Karma: Represents reputation in the forum. The more karma you get, the more reputation you win! How do I get karma*
1: If your post is selected to be an excellent post then you will be given 3 Karma.
2. Admin/mods have rights to give karma for your nice work.  

Money: Money=newpost( 2 money)+labeled digest(4 money)+reply(1money)+vote(1money)
Note: reply and vote for get money. Admin/mods gives you up to 25 money for good work.

All your details you can see on your personal space. Click on your user name as shown in next image, this show your details as in 2nd image.

How To Set Permissions

You can set permission in your thread or in attachments in thread. With permissions you can allow only specified permission or above can see the thread or download attachments. First check your permission Laval if you can set it, form permission at top of page. Or click Here: View My Permissions
For setting permission, start a new thread. You com see permission option in Other Info(1 in image).
Enter permission for exp 10, 20 or 50 whats wants.
If you can't see this Other Info than post your thread and edit your thread and you see this option.
You can also set permission for your attachments. For new attachment set as 2 in image and for old attachments you can set as 3 in image.
Its working from both Ucweb browser and pc.



Below exp of two attachments, 1st with 10 and 2nd with 50 permissions.

How to Sync Bookmark, rss feeds with Ucweb

This helps you to download/upload bookmarks between different versions of Ucweb. If you switch to different version of Ucweb or upgrading to new one, you can easily download you all bookmarks or rss feed back. You can also browse them from PC. This service mainly for Chinese users so when you go through you got the Chinese pages. But don't worry Here I explain How to do this. First Visit: http://reg.uc.cn/index.php.



Now click on Register to create a new ID, or Login if you've already one. When click on Register, You will got the page same as following image:



Enter info as in image and click submit. Next page show your UID and password and links on MyZone page for RSS, Bookmarks etc.



Select Favorites and you got following:


Click whats you want. If you want to backup all bookmarks click on upload or if already have uploaded click on download. Click on Confirm to complete the process. Last page confirm about total sync bookmarks.
   

When you switch your Ucweb version simply click on Sync bookmarks option in Bookmark in Ucweb or goto MyZone tab or click on : http://command/command=favo and you will got following login page:
   

To browse you RSS Feeds select rss form MyZone page.


To browse these form pc or other browser visit: http://my.uc.cn

How To delete Thread / Post / Reply

To delete a thread confirm that there is no reply on thread. If it has any reply, you can't delete thread. Only Admins/Mods can delete.
For delete a Reply, you can delete it any time.
Process almost same. For thread, Click on EDIT, check the box "!Delete This Post"


And click Edit button. Your thread is deleted now.
For reply do all same and click on EDIT button.

How to Change Ucweb Forum Theme:

You can use Ucweb forum theme to feel new look and style while browsing in forum.
To change theme click on Member CP than Edit Profile-Options or click following direct link: http://forum.ucweb.com/memcp.php?action=profile&typeid=5



Here in Style clik in drop down menu to got the list of forum themes. The names are in chinese but I've translated in english for easy use.
Select any you want and click on submit to see the change.Here the samples of all 5 themes:

How to Download full Images Through Ucweb Browser:

Most of you having problem to download original image with Ucweb browser. When you select image and click on same image it same only a thumbnail of image not full original image.
Here the solution. First select the image you wants to download. press 1 for quick menu and click on Page info as 1st screen shoot. Now scroll down to Focus Image URL and select Copy. This copy image link as in 2nd screen shoot. Now open Download Manager and from Menu-Download Manager, click on New Download as in 3rd screen shoot. Now paste in the copied image URL in it and click on OK.
This will shown you page with option Open and Save as in 4th screen shoot. Select Save to save original image on your phone's card. This start download wizard and select browse for download location on your phone and click on Download as 5th screen shoot.
That all now your download begins and saved on your phone.

You can also suggest any other tutorials, I'll update here and make a all in one tutorial for New Ucwebians. Also any correction and add on in above you can suggest.
Also for color, I think most of user use default theme and its better to make color as match for default theme.
